If you are specifically looking to attend a Physiotherapy Session covered under a new ICBC Claim, please book a 45 Minute Initial Assessment so our physiotherapists can conduct a thorough assessment and establish an appropriate treatment plan.

Please come to your first appointment with your active ICBC Claim Number and BC Services Card.

ICBC Coverage is as follows:

ICBC Physiotherapy Coverage: ICBC patients are pre-approved for 25 visits within the first 12-week period from the date of their accident

ICBC Active Rehab Coverage: ICBC patients are pre-approved for 12 visits within the first 12-week period from the date of their accident

*Patients can receive their Physiotherapy Sessions concurrent to their Active Rehab Sessions.

At Port Alberni Physiotherapy & Wellness, ICBC Patients are not subject to a User Fee for Physiotherapy Services and Active Rehab Services.

All physiotherapy treatments will be directly billed to ICBC, there is no out of pocket cost to patients with an active ICBC Claim Number.
